These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of doctorjohnny.com, the Total Health Score assessment, the member portal, and Total Weight Loss coaching (together, the "Services"), offered by Total Weight Loss ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Education only, not medical care
The Services, including the Total Health Score, your results, suggested macros, Blueprints, coaching calls, and messages, are for general education and coaching only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they do not create a doctor and patient relationship, even though Dr. Johnny Hadac is a licensed physician.
Always talk with your own physician before you change your diet, exercise, supplements, or medications, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Never ignore or delay medical advice because of something you read or heard through the Services.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
2. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Your account
Your member account uses the same email and password as the Total Weight Loss app. Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
4. Coaching membership and billing
Coaching is a paid monthly membership. When you join, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method at the price shown at checkout, and again each month until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your billing page in the member portal. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
- Refunds. Payments are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause your membership until it is resolved.
- Price changes. We will tell you before any price change takes effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.
- App premium. While your coaching membership is active, your Total Weight Loss app account includes premium features. Premium ends when your membership ends.
5. Results vary
Stories and results shared on the Services are real experiences of specific people. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on many factors, including your health, your history, and how consistently you follow the plan.
6. Using the Services the right way
You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you will not copy or resell our content, share your account, interfere with the site or its security, use bots or scrapers, or post anything unlawful, harmful, or that belongs to someone else.
7. Our content
All content on the Services, including text, recipes, plans, Blueprints, videos, graphics, logos, and the Total Weight Loss and Total Health Blueprint names, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non commercial purposes only.
8. What you share with us
You keep ownership of what you send us, such as assessment answers, check ins, photos, and messages. You give us permission to use it to provide and improve the Services for you. We will never use your photos, name, or story in marketing without your separate written permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
9. Third party services
The Services rely on other companies, such as payment, email, and video providers. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not promise the Services will always be available or free of errors.
11. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Ending access
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the member portal. Using the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
